Requesting Deletion
A user may request deletion of their personal data from AI Sales Office at any time. Requests should be sent by email to druslanovic86@gmail.com.
Data Covered by the Request
- Instagram user ID.
- Instagram username, when available.
- Instagram direct messages.
- Instagram comments.
- Dialogue history and related conversation context.
- Associated records linked to the user inside AI Sales Office.
How to Send the Request
Send an email to druslanovic86@gmail.com from the address you want us to use for communication about the request. Include enough identifying information for us to match the request to the relevant Instagram account or dialogue.
Example Request
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Hello, I request deletion of my personal data processed by AI Sales Office. My Instagram username is [your username]. Please confirm when the request has been completed.
Processing Time
We aim to review and process deletion requests within 30 calendar days, unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law or the complexity of the request.
Result of the Request
After confirmation and completion of the request, related personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except for records that must be retained under applicable legal, security, accounting, or compliance obligations.
