• Instagram username, when available through the Meta or Instagram API.

• Instagram comments and related interaction data.
• Conversation history and dialogue context maintained to support continuity.
• Technical logs related to message delivery, webhook events, application security, and diagnostics.

Data Sharing and Access

We do not sell personal data. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized administrators, operators, and service infrastructure strictly involved in providing and maintaining AI Sales Office.

Instagram and Meta Platform Use

AI Sales Office uses Meta and Instagram APIs to receive events, process comments and messages, and support communication automation features. Data handling is subject to the applicable Meta platform rules and user permissions granted through those APIs.

Data Deletion Requests
